Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling website available at spinsy-bet.ca, as reviewed and presented to Canadian users via the project Spinsy (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the Website or its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and replace all earlier versions.

Definitions

  • Operator means the offshore company or companies that own and operate the gambling services offered through spinsy-bet.ca, including, where applicable, entities within the Rabidi N.V. / Adonio N.V. network and their affiliates, which are registered and/or licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao and the Philippines. The exact contracting entity and licence details in force at any time are those displayed on the Website and in its footer licence validator.
  • Website means the online gambling platform at spinsy-bet.ca and any associated domains, mobile sites, applications, mirrors, or review environments, including Spinsy, through which the services are made available to Canadian users.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, with or without registering an Account.
  • Account means a personal, single-user account opened and maintained by a Player on the Website for the purpose of participating in games and managing funds.
  • Games means all casino, slot, live casino, instant win, and any other gambling products offered on the Website from time to time.
  • Bet or Wager means any monetary stake placed by you on or in relation to a Game via your Account, including stakes made using bonus funds where applicable.
  • Bonus or Promotion means any welcome offer, reload bonus, free spins, cashback, tournament, loyalty benefit, or other promotional incentive offered by the Operator and credited in real money, bonus money, free spins, or similar form.
  • Bonus Funds means non-withdrawable credits or free spins granted under a Bonus, which may be converted into withdrawable funds only after meeting applicable conditions.
  • Real Money Funds means cash funds deposited by you or otherwise available for withdrawal without further wagering (subject to any ongoing AML or verification checks).
  • Wagering Requirements means the number of times Bonus Funds, and sometimes the associated winnings, must be staked before they can be converted into Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity and verification procedures, including checks of identity, age, address, and source of funds, that the Operator is required or chooses to perform.
  • Payment Method means any card, e-wallet, bank account, prepaid voucher, cryptocurrency wallet, or other payment instrument you use to deposit or withdraw funds.
  • Chargeback means a reversal of a deposit or other payment initiated by you or your payment provider.
  • Responsible Gambling Tools means deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, timeout periods, self-exclusion and other tools offered on the Website to help you manage or restrict your gambling activity.
  • Applicable Law means the laws specified in the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your Canadian province or territory of residence.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • You may create an Account only if:
    • You are at least 18 years old, and also at least the minimum legal age for online gambling in your Canadian province or territory of residence (which is 18 or 19, depending on the jurisdiction);
    • You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
    • Online gambling is not prohibited for you under the laws of your place of residence;
    • You are accessing the Website from a jurisdiction where the Operator accepts players and where such access is lawful.
  • The Website accepts Canadian players on a grey-market basis and is not regulated by iGaming Ontario or any other Canadian provincial regulator. By registering, you acknowledge that you will not benefit from the protections and dispute-resolution mechanisms provided by domestically licensed provincial operators in Canada.

Registration Process

  • To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and creating a password and, where required, a username.

  • Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds in accordance with Applicable Law and these Terms.

User Obligations

  • You must:
    • Provide true, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Website;
    • Promptly update your Account details if any information changes;
    • Use your Account for personal, non-commercial purposes only and in your own name;
    • Open only one Account. Multiple accounts may be closed, with bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited in cases of abuse;
    • Ensure that your login credentials are kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. You must notify the Operator immediately via the support channels on the Website if you suspect that your Account or password has been compromised.
  • The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its discretion where it has a reasonable basis to suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, AML concerns, or other improper conduct.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • You may place Bets only after your Account has been successfully created and funded with Real Money Funds or applicable Bonus Funds.
  • The minimum and maximum Bet amounts for each Game or table are indicated in the game interface and/or Game rules. It is your responsibility to check these limits before placing a Bet.
  • A Bet is deemed accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the Website's servers and appears in your betting or game history. After confirmation, a Bet generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • The Operator may reject or limit a Bet, or a series of Bets, in its sole discretion, including for technical, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.

Game Rules and Fairness

  • Each Game is governed by its specific rules, paytables, and mechanics as displayed within the Game or the help section. By participating, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.
  • Games (other than live-dealer products) generally rely on a certified random number generator (RNG) provided by the Operator's technology suppliers and/or game studios. The Operator seeks to ensure that Games are fair and operate according to their published rules; however, specific testing certificates may be issued by licensors or third-party testing labs outside Canada.
  • In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the Operator's server logs, the result recorded on the Operator's systems will prevail, subject to Applicable Law and any oversight by the offshore licensing authority.

Malfunctions, Errors and Cancellations

  • If a Game malfunctions or an error occurs (including misconfiguration of odds, paytables, or payout), all Bets affected by such malfunction or error may be voided by the Operator.
  • If funds are credited to your Account in error, it is your responsibility to notify the Operator immediately. The Operator may reverse such credits and adjust your balance to correct the error. If you have withdrawn funds that were credited in error, you must repay them on demand.
  • Where a Bet is voided, the usual remedy is a refund of the stake to your Account. The Operator's liability does not extend beyond refunding the original stake or the amount that should have been correctly credited (see "Limitation of Liability").

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Where live chat or similar interactive features are available (including live-dealer tables), you must behave respectfully and refrain from:
    • Using offensive, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or obscene language;
    • Threatening or abusing other Players, dealers, or staff;
    • Promoting other websites, services, or commercial products;
    • Sharing personal contact details or soliciting such details from others;
    • Discussing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Any attempt to cheat, collude, manipulate Game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated scripts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
    • Confiscation of winnings and cancellation of Bonuses;
    • Reporting to relevant offshore licensing authorities, payment providers, or law-enforcement agencies where appropriate.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonuses and Promotions on the Website are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be granted automatically or upon entering a bonus code, opting in, or meeting other eligibility criteria stated in each offer.
  • Each Bonus is governed by specific terms (the "Bonus Rules"), which are presented with the offer (e.g., in the Promotions section, on banners, or within emails). The Bonus Rules form an integral part of these Terms.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are intended for recreational use by a single individual and household. The Operator may limit the availability of certain offers to specific countries, regions, or Player segments.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
    • Make a qualifying deposit in a specified minimum amount;
    • Select the Bonus in the cashier or promotion window;
    • Enter a bonus code or otherwise opt in as explained in the offer.
  • Wagering Requirements, time limits, maximum convertible winnings, and other key conditions are specified in each Bonus offer. You must carefully read and understand those conditions before participating.
  • Until the applicable Wagering Requirements are fully met:
    • Bonus Funds (and any associated winnings) may be locked and unavailable for withdrawal;
    • Withdrawing Real Money Funds may lead to cancellation of the active Bonus and forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and winnings, as described in the Bonus Rules.
  • If Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (for example, within a certain number of days from activation), the Bonus and any associated winnings may be automatically removed from your Account.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • The contribution of each Game or Game category towards meeting Wagering Requirements may differ. Some Games may:
    • Contribute 100% of the stake amount;
    • Contribute a reduced percentage; or

  • Prohibited play patterns when using Bonuses may include (without limitation):
    • Placing single large Bets or a series of large Bets that disproportionately increase near the end of the wagering period;
    • Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette) intended to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk;
    • Colluding with other Players to transfer value via Games;
    • Deliberately delaying bonus activation or completion of bonus rounds.
    Such activities may lead to cancellation of the Bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Combining Promotions

  • Unless expressly permitted, you may have only one active Bonus at a time. Attempting to combine multiple Bonuses or promotions in a way that is not authorised by the Operator may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
  • Loyalty points, cashback, or other ongoing rewards may be subject to separate conditions, which will prevail over these general Bonus Terms in case of conflict.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

Fees, Currency and Chargebacks

Refunds and Reversals

    Limitation of Liability

    Operator's Obligations

      • Maintain accurate records of Bets, outcomes, and Account balances;
      • Carry out KYC and AML procedures in line with the requirements of its offshore licences and internal policies.

    Exclusions of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
      • Any losses that are not directly attributable to a breach of these Terms by the Operator;
      • Loss of profits, business, contracts, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential damages;
      • Interruptions, delays, or failures in the Website's operation caused by network outages, Internet issues, software or hardware failures, power failures, or third-party service disruptions;
      • Errors or omissions in content, including typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies in Game displays, provided that the Operator corrects such errors and adjusts Account balances in line with recorded server outcomes;
      • Any damage or loss resulting from viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful material that may infect your computer equipment or data due to your use of the Website.
    • The Operator does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or reporting requirements arising from your gambling activities under Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws.

    Limitation of Maximum Compensation

    • Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your Canadian province or territory, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the higher of:
      • The amount of the Bet or Bets placed by you and directly affected by the relevant incident; or
      • The total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident, less any withdrawals during that period.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    • All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to its software, source code, databases, design, layout, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, audio, video, and other content, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, or its licensors.
    • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
    • You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder:
      • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Website or its software;
      • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sub-licence, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content;
      • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
    • Any unauthorised use of the Website's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability, and the Operator reserves all rights and remedies available under Applicable Law.

    Privacy & Data Protection

    • Your use of the Website is also governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is made available on the Website and explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
    • By registering or using the Website, you acknowledge that:
      • Your personal data may be processed by the Operator and its service providers in jurisdictions outside Canada (including Curaçao, Cyprus, the Philippines, the Marshall Islands, and other countries), which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction;

      • Improve clarity, user protection, or operational security.
    • Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by:

    Termination & Suspension

    Termination by You

    • You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support through the channels available on the Website.
    • Upon closure:
      • Any pending Bets will be settled in the ordinary course, where possible;
      • Remaining Real Money Funds, if any, will be paid out to you, subject to KYC, AML checks, and any outstanding obligations (such as Chargebacks or fraud investigations);

    Suspension and Termination by the Operator

    • The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and/or void Bets, and/or withhold or confiscate funds where it reasonably believes that:
      • You have breached these Terms or any Game or Bonus rules;
      • You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
      • You are underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Website;
      • You have engaged in fraud, collusion, money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal or improper activity;
      • You have initiated Chargebacks or attempted to defraud the Operator or other Players;
      • Required KYC or AML checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.
    • During suspension, you may be prevented from accessing your Account or placing new Bets. The Operator will investigate the matter as promptly as reasonably possible.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction
